Getting "Module Command Error SQLSTATE[23000]" Error

Hi

I am getting

"Module Command Error SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'user_id' cannot be null (SQL: insert into `tbloauthserver_clients` (`identifier`, `secret`, `user_id`, `service_id`, `rsa_key_pair_id`, `name`, `description`, `logo_uri`, `redirect_uri`, `grant_types`, `updated_at`, `created_at`) values"

Error when trying to create a account from WHMCS. The account is creating in WHM but with the error. When someone is purchasing one of my Hosting Pack after payment done it should active and send the welcome mail to the client but it's not happening, the account still in pending and also we we try to active it, we are getting the above error.
