web123support Posted December 20, 2018 Share Posted December 20, 2018 Hi All, I am trying to get some help with the report writer to be able to make a more comprehensive daily report for the support tickets: Daily Tickets opened, tickets answered/closed Tickets answered/closed per agent Weekly Tickets opened, tickets answered/closed Tickets answered/closed per agent Tickets logged per x by client. Monthly Tickets opened, tickets answered/closed Tickets answered/closed per agent Tickets logged per x by client.
