RockTBN Posted October 26, 2018 Share Posted October 26, 2018 Hello, I dont know if it's the issue from 2Checkout with their new version or WHMCS. We have been trying to contact 2Checkout support but they really dont know what they are doing with the new version. We have ran into 2 main issues with 2Checkout so far: 1. All payments are not forced to recurring payments - which caused a lot of overpayments and unnecessary refunds. 2. Payments cannot be refunded via WHMCS, gateway logs: status => error error_code => PARAMETER_INVALID message => Invalid value for parameter: sale_or_invoice_id We can cancel and issue the refund via orders but not from the invoices.
