Kailash Posted October 15, 2018 Share Posted October 15, 2018 Hi, I have strange problem with my latest WHMCS v 7.6.1. I have two subcontacts with all access. But whenever a ticket is submitted via email, only one subcontact receives notification via email and second subcontact is not receiving any ticket notification via email.
