301 Redirect Loop

I have some issue with my whmcs, when i do, Curl -IL he return 25~Times HTTP/1.1 Redirect 

 

This is what curl show 25 times

So this causes some disasters in facebook object debugger, because facebook robot return this site have too many redirects, i readed the documentation, Leaved empty the system Url, deleted everythings in .htaccess and this issue still i have tried too many things than i can't really remember well everythings. 

I just would like to know if this issue is related directly with the whmcs or with cpanel/whm 

I have already open a ticket support in cpanel to check if cpanel suport tech can help me. 

whmcs version is  7.6.1
