Access WHMCS Namespinning from extenal API

Hello. I'm trying to use the CheckAvailability and GetSuggestions API actions in WHMCS 7.6. WHMCS Namespinning is currently active as lookup provider (in Products/Domain pricing). But when I test the API call I get the following result:

result=error;message=Invalid Permissions: API action "checkavailability" is not allowed

The request URL is https://.../includes/api.php

But in Role Management (configuring the API credentials) there are not such API actions available to select.

Domain search an suggestions work correctly in the WHMCS public frontend.

The same thing happens using eNom as lookup provider.
