Hello everyone, 
          Can anyone guide me on how do i achieve this? 
 

I want my whmcs to send an autoresponder email when one of my client opens a support ticket. That autoresponder should be sent if the client has a specific product/serviceX, but doesn't have  product/service Y under his account.

Can someone please guide with easy-to-implement instructions?
