Due Notification System

I have a lot of time looking for some hook that lets notify the customer every 15 days and 7 days about the next due date of your products.

Anyone knows any module or hook that does this?

If someone has already used OVH Servers knows that there is every period it sends an email stating the due date of each service, and I find this very necessary, keeping the client informed of the next due date of it.
