How to get all available variables to an email template in emailpresend hook?

Hello all,

We are trying to override some outgoing email functionality and for that, we are going to use "emailpresend" hook and then use our own gateway to send emails and cancel the default emails.

For instance, we want to send our own "password reset" emails and for that we need to know the password reset url. 

How can we access those variables?
