How to add css class to a new clientareaprimarysidebar panel via hook

Hi, I would like to set a css class to my new promo panel I created via hook to the clientareaprimarysidebar. The purpose of that is to style that specific promo panel to standout but I tried all around I cannot find a solution.

Please help am new in WHMCS
