License stays in REISSUE status

When I log into my member area of whmcs.com, I see the status for my owned license is as follows:

Your License is in Reissued Status
The Valid Domain, IP and Directory will be detected & saved the next time the license is accessed.

Near the bottom of the page, I see that the values for IP, domains and directory are all correct. Most things seem to work okay, yet there are a couple of odd things. Like I cannot access Setup->Addon Modules. When I try, I get this:

Oops!

Something went wrong and we couldn't process your request.

Please go back to the previous page and try again.

When I visited the old domain where the site used to be, I can still access this page. The weird thing is, the license does not seem to revert to the old site, it simply stays in reissue status with the current information. The server IP is the same, although the directory and domains are different between the two sites.

Does anyone know if there is a way to "clear" the license reissue state?
