causion Posted June 6, 2018 Share Posted June 6, 2018 CHi All, I have tried searching this community and tried alot of "fixes" but I can't fix the issue. I have 2 departments: Tech Support Accounts and Billing I have email piping setup via cron, the tech support works fine but the accounts and billing creates a kind of loop, it happens every 5 mins - I have the cron set for 5 mins. This is the error I am getting: Ticket #https://www.business.com/members/admin/supporttickets.php?action=viewticket&id=5270 has had a new reply posted by Business Name Accounts and Billing.Status:AnsweredCustomer-ReplyTicket #https://www.business.com/members/admin/supporttickets.php?action=viewticket&id=5270 has had a new reply posted by Business Name Accounts and Billing.Ticket #https://www.business.com/members/admin/supporttickets.php?action=viewticket&id=5270 has had a new reply posted by Business Name Accounts and Billing. There is also some other data in each of the tickets but this always the top line, and adds an additional "response" each time. Hopefully there is an easy fix.
