Error managing SSL certificates from a specific client area / Error al administrar los certificados SSL desde un area de cliente especifica

Hola querida comunidad les escribo porque estoy teniendo el siguiente problema: en algunas oportunidades cuando hemos vendido SSL certificados y cuando el cliente quiere administrar los productos (en este caso los SSL) nos aparece el siguiente error: "Domain SSL Product Order Date Renewal Date Actions".  El soporte de WHMCS nos respondio esto:
