Upload html file during cpanel account creation

Hi,

Wanted to know if there is a way or any module for the request below.

I want a page to be created/uploaded for every cPanel account that is created on my WHM. So when a client sign up for a cpanel account from my whmcs, they should get a html file uploaded on their new cpanel account with my hosting brand name on it. Similar like how some hosting companies has it. So they won't get a blank white page when access their domain name.

I don't have root access of the server since using Reseller Hosting.
