mohankumarnath Posted May 7, 2018 Share Posted May 7, 2018 Hi All, I searched in the community to find a help on this topic. Could not find or I missed any reference to such a requirement. I wish to move the Support ticket status filters (Open, Waiting Client reply, Cutomer-Reply, Closed) from Sidebar to someplace above the Ticket list data table. I understand that with hooks I could edit the Status section in the sidebar but how to move the entire section outside sidebar. After started managing the sidebar with hooks, it became difficult for me to understand how different pages are showing different sidebars. Mine is ver 7.2.3 Also, I tried to merge two columns in the support ticket data table which I did by editing the ticketlist.tpl file but after that, the Status filters on Sidebar do not work.
