Intergrating a mainpage search for knowledge base

Hi, just wondering if anyone can help me.

 

If you look on my site, http://www.xzorbix.com - In the header area there is a search bar, i would like it linked up to knowledge base if possible.

Is there a specific way to do this? or perhaps a tutorial of some sort?

 

Any help would be very appreciated.

Just copy the search engine form from the template folder in knowledgebase.tpl
