Bug? Clicking "Accept Quote" without ticking the "I agree.." checkbox still accepts the quote

I'm on WHMCS 7.5.1. Created a test quote, then brought up the quote, then accept quote, and a popup shows up with a checkbox to agree to terms and conditions. Leave it unchecked and click "Accept Quote" still results in successful acceptance. Can anyone else verify this?

Found the issue: the TOS must be set under General Settings -> Ordering -> Terms of Service URL for this to work properly (otherwise clicking the TOS links back to the quote itself and quote can be accepted without checking the checkbox). With the TOS option enabled and link URL set, then the URL on the acceptance form links correctly and not checking the box will result in error.
