Clarification on various automatic invoice/payment emails to clients

New whmcs user here. All of my customers will be on monthly automatic credit card payment via Stripe. Each month I want them to receive a maximum of one email, confirming their invoices have been paid. I do not want them to receive multiple emails, which is my personal experience from using various web hosts powered by whmcs over the years (each month I'd receive multiple emails like an invoice is generated, then an invoice will be automatically charged to a card, then an invoice was paid, then the credit card payment receipt, etc etc).

So which settings should I disable?  So far I have disabled the "unpaid invoice reminders" under Automation. I also turned off "first order invoice" from General - Ordering. But under Email templates I see all these:

    Credit Card Invoice Created
    Credit Card Payment Confirmatio
    Credit Card Payment Due
    Credit Card Payment Pending
    Invoice Created
    Invoice Payment Confirmation
    Invoice Payment Reminder

Should I disable any of these?

Another question is, if I select Stripe as the payment gateway for a product, and it shows on the order form,  there is no way someone can place an order without actually paying, right? And once the order is placed this way, there is no way for the customer to stop the auto credit card recurring billing unless they cancel the service or change to an invalid credit card, correct?

Thanks.
