only this variable #tabNameservers in url?

to get https://billing.domain.example/clientarea.php?action=domaindetails&id=56#tabNameservers

I have try with this but notihig, please help

 if (in_array($_REQUEST['action'], array("tabNameservers")))
    {
          $redirect = true;        
       }
