Electricd7
Hello, We are using WHMCS to control our hosting environment but are using another system for invoicing as hosting is just a small part of our business. What we would like to do is use WHMCS to generate invoices as normal (but not actually email them) and use it to keep track of all items like domain renewals, hosting, SSL, pro-rating, etc. Then generate invoices once a month. From there we would like to be able to either query the system or generate an export which would give us the following information: Invoice ID Customer ID Line Item ID Line Item Description Price Line Item Start Date Line Item End Date (if applicable) What would be the best method to go about getting this information so that we could load these items onto our customer's normal invoice form our own billing system? Ideally we would run the invoices in WHMCS, export the data, then mark all the invoices as paid so as to not use WHMCS to automate suspend/terminate processes. I am new to WHMCS so please excuse me if this is a simple task or something that is discussed elsewhere. Thanks in advance! ED7
