Can't reissue licence - lost email

Recommended Posts

I set up a new server a few months ago and installed whmcs. I had began setting it up when I realized there was a serious problem with the server. Ended up moving the server to a different IP address.  Finally getting time to get back to setting up whmcs. When I tried to log in I got the message that I had an invalid license. The message says that it could be caused by a change in IP address and that I can " reissue your license on-demand from our client area".  When I go to that area I find my login doesn't work. I try resetting the password by entering my email address and it says the address is not valid.  I have a few different addresses so I try a number of possible addresses. None work. I can't find any way to reset the license.  Anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks

Dale

Ok, was able to find the answer to my previous problem. The product was licensed by my server provider so they changed the IP and got a new license key.  Still having a problem. I couldn't get the password to work so I reset it. Then the new one wouldn't work.  It then locked my IP.  I again reset me password and tried again on my cell phone. It is now locked. I now have also locked my work computer, my friends work computer, her home computer, and my neighbors computer. I don't understand why a password doesn't work after resetting it.  Can you log in using the email for the user ID or is there a actual user name. I can't remember how I set it up.  If it uses a user name, How can I recover it?   Also is there a way to unlock the IP or do I have to let it time out?

New to this program. I do appreciate the help.

Thanks

Dale
