CoCCA EPP Registrar module: Error connecting to tls://srs.registre.ma:700: (code 0)

Hello,

i've setup CoCCA EPP Registrar module with the registry, the server's IP is whitelisted and the certificate provided by registry is located in " /home/vivostec/public_html/vivos-tech.com/app/cert "

the error msg that appear is Error connecting to tls://srs.registre.ma:700: (code 0)

i don't know why but i've checked CSF, the port 700 is allowed, also i can telnet srs.registre.ma 700
