railto
I have just had a user that changed the password through cpanel but it did not reflect in whmcs, is this something that is only updated once a day on the cron or should this change modify the entry in whmcs automatically?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 4, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 4, 2007 There is no syncronisation. It's simply not possible. Matt
railto
ah right, makes sense really, thanks Matt, ill make sure to remember that, and also tell all users that if they need to change passwd then to do it through whmcs
Troy
You can disable password changes in the feature list in WHM. We do that so that customers can only change it through whmcs, so no change of out-of-sync passwords.

This would only work if you didnt have resellers EDIT: but of course you knew that since you were talking about feature lists. You obviously wouldnt apply that restriction to your resellers. My bad.
