Admin Email Message Sending Failed - Email Template Not Found

This mysterious error shows up in my System Activity Log. There's nothing in the apache error_logs. WHMCS sends emails just fine. System Module Debug Log doesn't show anything when turned on. 

I strongly suspect it's caused by one or more of the Email Templates it is seeking being "disabled". But who knows? Does anyone have a clue how to trouble-shoot this without having to guess?
