sixonenine Posted November 30, 2017 Share Posted November 30, 2017 Hi, we need a Hook or something to do a edit on the Productupgrade Workflow, Quote When a user upgrades it should charge the Full Amount of the new Product minus the current product unused amount. We want when the client want to upgrade his product, charge full cycle. Total Payable Today = the Full Amount of the new Product- current product unused amount. For example: Product A - 5.99 - cycle 1 month Product B - 3.99 / m - cycle 36 month = 611€ If user upgrades to product B on 26 / 30 of the cycle. They "amount due today" would only be 0.00 (The Customer have to pay 3,99 but there are 4 days left...) We need the "amount due today" to be 611€ We don't want to allow access to the new product without paying for the full amount of the new product. It is already in your Feature Requests:https://requests.whmcs.com/topic/charge-full-amount-on-upgrade_2 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We have created a Hook (OrderProductUpgradeOverride) that overrides the price with the full price 611€ but in the invoice is still the wrong Date in the description.
