"Redirected to the gateway" all-time showing the same page not go to invoice page. and page all time doing reload

I create new payment gateway. when select new gateway "Redirected to the gateway" all-time showing the same page not go to invoice page. and page all time doing reload. that's why I can not put anything for submit.

So how can I stop redirected?
I want to set when "Invoice page" should be shown when I select new payment gateway.

How to do this?
