How Do You Make An Add On Required

I have a new package I am adding and it requires an add on that will be billed annually only, as opposed to the package billed monthly. I created the package and then created the add on separately and linked it only to that package. I checked the box Show on form when ordering. ok that is fine.

 

Question: How do I make That Add on a Required field as the order can not continue unless the add on is selected.

not currently possible unless you did some template hacking that forced the box to be checked for that particular package
