Email "No Such User Here" for primary mail account?

Hello WHMCS! Hope you are all having a great Saturday...

I seem to have an issue only with support ticket emails (system emails work fine) - using our WHMCS primary email address (which is configured and working fine).

Any emails going out or back and forth from the ticket system fail, with the following error, even when we send to our own address in office - giving a "no such user here" error as below in the system logs:

Admin Email Message Sending Failed - SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: something@something.com: Verification failed for No Such User Here" Sender verify failed (Subject: [Ticket ID: {$ticket_tid}] {$ticket_subject})

Anyone know anything about this, how I can look into getting this fixed? Thanks in advance...
