We are currently offering free end user support for our resellers plus free WHMCS license to our resellers.
Question
I want to pipe all tickets received by my reseller's WHMCS help desk's to one main WHMCS help desk. Once, one of the resellers clients send an email, it should open a ticket on the reseller's WHMCS help desk and then it should pipe that to the main WHMCS help desk. Once we reply it from the main help desk it should go to the resellers help desk then to the client.
Long story short, I want to provide anomies end user support via our main WHMCS help desk to my resellers client while my resellers are running their own WHMCS help desks or one WHMCS license that is able to offer satellite help desks (Like they do at Kayako) for all my resellers.
Is this possible with with WHMCS or do we need any customization, then to what extreme?
