No redirect from domain.com/admin/login.php to backend area

Hello,

 

I have the following issue:

if I´m trying to login to the admin area, there is no redirect and no error message after clicking the login button.

It´s still the same page (login page).

 

I`ve made a new installation of WHMCS.

I´m using PHP 7.0

 

A new installation of WHMCS 7.2.3 has been completed. The details of the installation are shown below:

URL : https://domain.com/billing

Admin URL : https://domain.com/billing/admin
