hazardpro Posted September 1, 2017 Share Posted September 1, 2017 Hi all, im trying to integrate Sagepay form to my WHMCS install. We are based in the UK. When we try to place a order we are getting a error on the Sagepay payment page. We spoke to Sagepay who says the error is "3130 : The BillingState value is too long." They said its looking for a US state (2 digit code) - but of course we are in the UK so we are using the country name (Kent for example). Has anyone come up against this? MAXER-peter Posted March 15, 2018 Share Posted March 15, 2018 We've replicated this problem when clients choose "District of Colombia" as their state in WHMCS, the error is "3130 : The BillingState value is too long." We fixed the issue by changing their state to "Washington" and the payment went through. I suspect the problem is SagePay does not recognise DC because it's not an actual state, or maybe WHMCS should be submitted the 2-digit value "DC" to SagePay instead of the full 'state' name.
