cannot get namespinning to work

eNom is my registrar and it's properly working.

 

I used to get name-spinning, but at some point it stopped working and I'm not able to see how to get it back.

 

I have found a couple of help articles on WHMCS but they shed no light on this.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
