Domain transfer registrar and EPP code?

I just tried to order a domain transfer, but registrar is not assigned to that domain that should be transfered.

 

When I trie to register a same TLD, WHMCS assign Enom registrar to it, but for transfer registrar is not assigned and also does not ask for EPP code.

 

Prices are set for that TLD for registration and for transfer.

 

What can be a reason for this?

Could it be that Enom doesn't accept transfers for that TLD?

 

There are some that you can register with Enom, but not transfer in.

Concerning the EPP code, is the EPP box checked for .com in your domain pricing section of the admin panel?

No. Should that be checked? I thought that option will just show EPP to client.

Yes, ticking that option will present an EPP box to the person attempting to transfer a domain, thus they can enter their code and continue on to make the purchase.

 

Don't worry about the system showing EPPs to clients who've registered domains with you. It doesn't do that anyway.
