why invoice after add money to credit

Recommended Posts

Hi Folks,

I wonder why......

A client added some money (lets say €100) to his credit balance and he does receive an invoice for it. Me, as owner of the company have to show this invoice to the tax office at the end of the month. They tell me i have an income of €100. So far so good.

Then a week later i create an invoice for that customer cause i had to do a job for him. That invoice is about €50. Me, as owner of the company have to show this invoice to the tax office at the end of the month. They tell me i have an income of €50.

So...... actually after 2 months i do have an income of €150.

I think there should not be created an invoice when somebody add money to his credit in WHMCS.

Am i right, Am i wrong???

I really wonder

I agree! Add funds create a invoice, and when a customer orders a service the second invoice is generated. For an EU company, it's not alright, mostly because we are charging VAT twice.

I think that "Add funds" should not create an invoice.
