WHMCS and Plesk domains with multiple configurable options issues

I have both WHMCS and Plesk support looking into this issue, but figured I'd ask here if anyone has encountered a similar problem.

 

Adding hosting service to a client account where there's multiple options in a configurable option group always causes WHMCS to return an error:

 

Module Command Error

Error code: 1014. Error message: Server response could not be processed.

 

Adding a service to a client account when there's only one option in the option group does not produce an error.

 

If WHMCS returns an error, the domain is still created in Plesk, but sans any configurable options. I can run the upgrade/downgrade procedure on the same account/service and add or remove options without issue. The only time I run into problems is during the initial module create procedure.

 

Both WHMCS (v7.2.2) and Plesk (Linux v17.5.3 update #10) are fully updated.

 

Anyone experienced a similar problem?
