Question regarding add-ons

I want to offer my clients some addons such as more disk space and more bandwidth. Is this at all possible to do automatically?

 

If someone purchases 5Gb extra bandwidth must I manually add that? If so, must it manually be added to their account in WHMCS and in my cpanel reseller panel? Or just one??

Also, another question..If someone has already purchased hosting through my site, If they login to their client panel and goto Addition products and services, the add-ons do not appear in there? It seams they only appear after placing a hosting order.

 

In order to add that must I create a seperate products and services section for that?

Yes, you will need to manually add the addons.

 

And to order addons, your customers need to first go to the package they want to order addons for and then click the View Available Addons link.

You can setup and addon to initiate the order, but you must manually add the resources to the cPanel account unless you have the package with addons preconfigured in whmcs. Then you can use the upgrade feature to change the hosting package
