While searching a customer name in the WHMCS intelligent search bar, we generally get the Client name, contact, support tickets etc in the search results. However some searches using the customer name or company name or email address does not display the tickets but only the client and contact. I noticed this mainly happens for customer having gmail ids or live.com ids. The only option that works is to get the client profile and use the View all Support ticket option.
