Resellerclub Registration error

Hello,

 

I'm using ResellerClub as domain registrar addon, I've entered valid reseller id and API code , also my server IP was added to my reseller whitelist.

 

I get this error :

You are not allowed to perform this action at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us for more details.

My current balance on the account is 11 USD.

Please guide what's the reason and how can I fix it,

Hey there, we had one of our support specialists investigate the scenario you've mentioned. The issue occurs when you are a reseller and you are trying to purchase, renew or manage an order that is from a different reseller account. In order to replicate the issue we would need your reseller ID and also know the action you are trying to carry out.
