ASMHosting
Ok, I may be being completely daft but for the life of me I can't work out why WHMCS will happly pro-rata my configurable options if we have a price set under pricing for the product but not if the product is marked "Free". We are doing that because for our Colo the configurable options are used to setup what they want, thus there is no "basic" price for the package.... If i chuck anything in the monthly charge (not what I want to do) - it pro-rata's everything correctly including the confg options. Any ideas?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted November 18, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted November 18, 2007 How do you think you can prorata something if it's not being charged recurring? If there's only one payment it would have to be due on the date of order. But if there's multiple recurring payments then it can calculate it so all future payments are on a specific day. The way you should setup a recurring product with configurable options is make the monthly price the cost of all the minimum options and then make all the default options free.
