sammybotz Posted November 16, 2007 Share Posted November 16, 2007 i setup 3 departments with 3 email addresses. support, billing and sales. sometimes i get these random emails to the billing contact: Your email to our support system could not be accepted because it was not recognized as coming from an email address belonging to one of our customers.
