MJHost
You need to use {literal} {/literal} tags, as shown in the comment at https://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?117510-How-to-add-Google-Tag-Manager-Snippet-Code
NKV
Thanks, now it does find GA. It means Tag Manager is working, but Is this normal? Would it work properly?
digitall
Thanks, now it does find GA. It means Tag Manager is working, but Is this normal?Would it work properly? Did you already try the Chrome extension, called Google Tag Assistant? It gives out a lot of information about functionality of Google Tag Manager. If you encounter any problem with the extension, check out the community support for it here. Here's a link to the forum for Google Tag Manager. In general, you can receive phone support by calling Google directly and asking for help on Analytics. They will route you to a Tag Manager specialist. The page where you'll find the number to call can be found here. I understand that the information provided above could be less direct and inherent to your case, but if you would like to be sure of the installation of Google Tag Manager (and use it at its best, in particular for event and conversion tracking), posting in these other communities will give you a clearer picture. Hope it helps. We are a certified Google Partner, we use WHMCS ourselves and found that links to be helpful for us.
