Criot
Hi, I've contacted WHMCS support but this is an urgent issue which I need to resolve - The first response from them was a predefined reply linking to an article which was very much useless as i've already done it all, not had a peep out of them since in nearly 12 hours. I know that's not incredibly long, but with a serious issue like this it is a long time. The WHMCS cron is no longer running, running it myself via browser returns a 500 internal server error, enabling show errors in WHMCS just make it load a white page but it's still not run. I've tried running it via command line: Starting (Time: 0.21 Memory: 13.58) Running Pre-Cron Hooks (Time: 0.04 Memory: 13.69) Starting Updating Currency Exchange Rates (Time: 0 Memory: 13.7) - Done (Time: 0.02 Memory: 13. Starting Updating Product Pricing for Current Exchange Rates (Time: 0 Memory: 13. - Done (Time: -0.25 Memory: 14.28) Starting Generating Invoices (Time: 0 Memory: 14.28) Starting Applying Late Fees (Time: 0.09 Memory: 14.52) Running it with '-vvv' returns nothing either: Starting Running Pre-Cron Hooks Starting Updating Currency Exchange Rates - Done Starting Updating Product Pricing for Current Exchange Rates - Done Starting Generating Invoices Starting Applying Late Fees I've seen a few other threads on this forum with the same problem, but their resolutions hasn't worked for me. Anyone else had the issue and know any possible solutions?
