AffordableDomainsCanada Posted February 1, 2017 Share Posted February 1, 2017 I have just noticed my FlatHost theme viewticket.tpl was missing </div> At the very end of this file. This is causing the Custom Fields sidebar to be posted UNDER the ticket content, NOT on the left side like it should be, so I looked into the SIX theme, and no ****, it was missing it also. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
