I managed to add hosting packages and email packages but it looks like I may need to customise the default whmcs workflow. The default process seems to be picking a domain followed by a hosting package and email becomes a tick box afterthought. We have clients who do email only, both or web only. I would prefer to be able to have domain, web and email as separate items (product/service). With web and domain linked, adding email isn't possible as the cart can only have one thing tied to the domain, either web or email. Am I going about things all wrong? What would people advise? Customise the product so I can cater to all three items in one entity or spilt the domain out of the web and email parts. Either seems like hard work.
