Not cron suport email but work only if i reload link xxxx/whmcs/crons/pop.php

Hello friends, check out my problem.

I'm using whcms in one domain and using email support from another domain using the import method. I put the cron command in the domain where the system this way:

* / 5 * * * * php -q /home/myuserhere/public_html/whmcs/crons/pop.php

 

But I suppose I have to put a cron job also in the email cpanel that I will use with another domain.

 

There I put a cron job just as above. And this I suppose will not work since root is not.

 

I also put a cron like this: php -q var / http: //domainwhereusesystemhere/whmcs/crons/pop.php

 

Well, look what happens. When a person sends an email to a department he does not receive the email from the system. Even though I let go several hours.

 

But if I access http: //mydomain/whmcs/crons/pop.php it says that there are emails in the inbox and when I go to the system I see that it has received the messages and opened the ticket. That is, it only opens the ticket if I access the link above.

 

I have tested several things and I can not get a light. Any genius out there to give me a hand?
