incomprehensible invoice generation by cron

Hello,

 

I have big problem with cron or system in general.

For some reason cron generates mass invoices no matter if due date for product is in future.

 

One certain case:

Entry on tblhosting table:

regdate	domain	paymentmethod	firstpaymentamount	amount	billingcycle	nextduedate	nextinvoicedate
2016-09-27	domainname.com	banktransfer	18.00	18.00	Annually	2017-09-27	2017-09-27

 

No if I execute cron, then it will generate next invoice for this entry with due date 2018-09-27 which is not expected result.

WHMCS settings for invoice generation before due date has been set to 14 days.

 

One other thing. I recently did clean install and Installed WHMCS 7 and then I used this ImportAssistant tool.

 

Is there anyone who have had same issue or maybe someone knows how this cron works - what are criterias for creating invoices?

Does anyone has the same issue? I have been dealing with this issue one week now and I can't figure out... what cause this issue.

Is there open source file for cron.php? There has to be some issue
