markcrobinson1 Posted December 29, 2016 Share Posted December 29, 2016 To date, I have manually put in all my customer's orders. The system is working great and everything is accurate. I note, though, that there are 47 pending orders. Last time I tried I tried deleting them, it deleted active accounts and and payments. I want to take them off pending in such a way as to not change anything except the number of pending orders displayed on the dashboard. How can I edit these no no long be pending - but not change anything, bill anything, delete anything -- so there's no effect on the system? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Jewlzzz Posted February 17, 2017 Share Posted February 17, 2017 Merely changing the status field in the order should work. No save button or anything needed. My only issue is that I have had to do this individually for every single order that has kept the "pending" status even after payments have processed and accounts set up.
