Works Order request

Hi

 

Not sure if this is already available but would appreciate some guidance on this. I looking to add in a module (if it exists) or a work around to allow my clients to submit a new works order request.

 

So depending on whatever they want, they submit a request and I can then quote the work as per normal.

 

Any ideas or suggestions please
