Checking FREE subdomain offer

Hi all,

 

I was able to set FREE domain aka sub-domain base on my domain name from old WHMCS version years ago, but right now with V7.10, WHMCS don't verify correcty the sub dom input by client.

It simply tell me each time that the domain name is not available.

 

How to correct this, thanks.

I do offer something.mydomain.name ( input by customer: something free domain mydomain.name )
