When an issue is raised on the forum it would be nice to have the solution included when it has been solved.

 

Regardless of bug or not.

 

Example: http://www.whmcs.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7600

 

Not sure what the solution was-- but I know people don't want to make the same mistake :)

 

Human error or system error -- it would be nice to know.

 

This isn't to make the OP look stupid in anyway-- we all make mistakes-- we just need to learn from them.

 

Just a thought.
